ORDER DELIVERY
We ship the package within 3 days, we will send you the tracking number by e-mail. PLEASE WATCH YOUR E-MAIL AND EVENTUALY SPAM FOLDER.
DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS SOLD
We try to make the photos and description as accurate as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen type and settings, viewing angle, device, etc. In case of any problem write.
COLLECTION OF THE PACKAGE FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE
Before receiving, check that the package shows no signs of damage - it is intact, not deformed, properly sealed, etc. If in doubt, write a damage report with your postman. If you take over a damaged letter / package, we are not responsible for its damage or the condition of the contents.
RETURNED GOODS
If you don't like something you bought, write. We have no problem with returning an order or part of it. You can return the whole order or part of it (send it to our address) within 14 days of its delivery. Write to us in advance, we will tell you how to do it.
TERMS OF RETURN OF GOODS
The package must be sent back by registered mail (receipt of shipment against signature) and with appropriate insurance.
The envelope must be written in large letters: RETURNED GOODS
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the goods are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
After the goods have been delivered to the seller's address and checked, the money for the purchase (purchased goods) will be refunded immediately. This does not apply to the postage paid by the buyer, as the amount was used to pay the postage when the shipment was sent to the buyer.
COMPLAINT FOR NON DELIVERY OF A PACKAGE
If the package is not delivered to you:
Europe within 20 days of ordering
other countries within 30 days of ordering
please contact us immediately.
We will send a complaint about non-delivery to Czech Post.
You don't have to worry about it anymore.
IF IT LOOKS LIKE THE PACKAGE IS LOST AND THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE
The seller guarantees delivery of the package to the buyer!
Czech Post will forward the complaint to its partner (post office) in the relevant country for the purpose of tracking the package. The whole process can take up to 3 months. But after filing a claim, the package is usually found.
In the event that the package is really lost, the Czech Post will inform us in writing.
We will refund the money for the purchase and postage or send you replacement goods as agreed.
If the package is delivered by the relevant post office and the buyer has not received the package, the buyer is obliged to find out at the post office of his residence to whom the package was delivered. It happens sometimes, but the package has always been found.
